We currently provide shipment across PAN India (including all major cities). Delivery is also available for patients residing in major foreign countries.
To ensure quality delivery in the shortest time possible, we use reputed courier services. The delivery is shipped through Delhivery, Ecom Express, Blue Dart, Post Office, DTDC Couriers and Xpressbees
Each order shall be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to receive the order at different locations, please provide the full address details to our team.
50% of the total price of the medicine shall be paid in advance, and the rest will be paid as cash on delivery (COD). Patients also have the option to pay 100% in advance.
We strive to provide timely service (super fast) without causing you any inconvenience.
Immediately after consultation with doctors, the medicines are packed and shipped through the above-mentioned services to reach your destination within 7-10 days (Monday-Saturday).
If the items delivered are not in perfect condition, you can refuse to accept the order. We will make every effort to compensate for the damage as quickly as possible and provide you with products in good condition.
You can track your order using a specific tracking ID, which will be provided by our team.
- Return and Refund Policy: No return will be accepted once the order is placed; hence, no refund will be issued.
